[KNOX-3274](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-3274) - Unify banner
style on UIs
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
- Unified banner for TokenManagement, TokenGeneration and Homepage UIs
- Removed unnecessary div closing tag from TokenManagement and
TokenGeneration index.html
- Admin and Webshell UI banners will be unified with their respective
upgrades.
## How was this patch tested?
Locally tested the affected UIs
