Description:
KNOX-3315 adds the ability to for the {{publicCert}} endpoint to be able to
generate BCFKS.
The next step would be to replace the JKS option on the Knox Home page with
BCFKS in a FIPS environment (based on
{{{}FipsUtils.isFipsEnabledWithBCProvider{}}}).
