[KNOX-3489](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-3489) - Log request/response when calling remote role lookup server ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? `RestApiLdapRolesLookup` now logs the outgoing request (endpoint + body) and the response (status + body) at `DEBUG`, and the response body at `ERROR` on non-200 — previously the error body was discarded, making troubleshooting hard. ## How was this patch tested? Existing `RestApiLdapRolesLookupTest` passes. Added `@PowerMockIgnore` for XML packages (the new logger initializes XML at class-load, which PowerMock otherwise breaks on JDK 9+). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
