createKnoxProvidersTableOracle.sql and createKnoxDescriptorsTableOracle.sql
declare deleted NUMBER(1) DEFAULT false NOT NULL. Oracle has no FALSE SQL
literal before 23ai, so table creation fails with ORA-00904: "FALSE": invalid
identifier and the gateway fails to start when the DB-backed remote config
monitor is enabled.
The types were ported from the standard scripts (varchar→varchar2, TEXT→CLOB,
boolean→NUMBER(1)) but the default was not. The later Oracle scripts
(createKnoxIDFTrustedOidcIssuersTableOracle.sql,
createKnoxIDFDelegationPolicyTablesOracle.sql) already use DEFAULT 0.
