[KNOX-3537](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-3537) - Loading icon on the Sign In button shows up but doesn't spin. ## What changes were proposed in this pull request? The Sign In button shows up but no longer spins in the modern theme. The modern theme's .login .icon-sign-in rule sets transform: none !important. Because it's !important, it overrides the keyframe animation's transform, so the icon never rotates. ## How was this patch tested?
