OK. That sounds good and I'll pursue figuring out how to push to the
mirrors.
However I would in particular like to engage someone that will have some
authoritative opinion about the LICENSE and NOTICE files as this is my
biggest area of concern. This can be for a future release at this point
but somebody authoritative needs to audit them to ensure we go them right.
