Current package names are rooted at: org.apache.hadoop.gateway we need to
determine a more appropriate package name. First we have to make sure hadoop is
appropriate, second we have to use something other than gateway since the
gateway is evolving to just be a particular aspect of Knox. Perhaps we want to
use knox - but this may change before we graduate.
