At present, users.ldif file bundled with Knox has user entires for
hdfs
mapred
hive and
hcat
All these are hadoop service principals.
User authenticating to Knox would be typically end user.
So, we should remove ldap entries of all these service principals in bundled
users.ldif and add a sample end user entry.
This change would als affect all the documentations and samples where we are
using the service principal entires like end user entries.
