Some rewrite function names have become rather long (e.g. $serviceMappedAddr).
It might be a good idea to support abbreviated names as well (e.g.
$svcMapAddr). In addition these should probably be case insensitive (e.g.
servicemappedaddr==serviceMappedAddr).
