This affects all client samples because the URL changes from
https://localhost:8443/gateway/sample
to
https://localhost:8443/gateway/sandbox
Since the sample.xml was ending up to be fairly sandbox specific this
seemed like a good idea.
I have not updated all of the 0.3.0 site docs yet. I'm going to do an
editing pass of the site early next week and I'll make those updates.
