My understanding is that Hive 0.11.0 does not support HTTP as a transport for
either JDBC or ODBC. Hive 0.12.0 will be adding support JDBC over HTTP
support. We anticipate that Knox 0.3.0 will be released in the same timeframe
in which Hive 0.12.0 will be stabilizing. If you believe any of the above is
incorrect please let us know.
