Please review,
This patch adds a quick start chapter and links to it from the book.
It also renamed the getting started to Knox Details and will be followed by few
patches to conform to the doc toc as specified in Knox-187.
Next steps:
Phase 1
Add big picture diagram
Add Knox architecture diagram
Add more examples.
Phase 2
Rename Getting Start to Advance Configuration and cleanup.
