I propose that we include the following 3 critical fixes below in v0.3.1
since we have to redo it anyway for LICENSE and NOTICE changes.
I believe the v0.3.1 branch already includes KNOX-188 and KNOX-199 but
not the others but it would be good for you to confirm.
