Hi all,
Kudu Jenkins is back up and running. Here is a summary of the changes I
made to the underlying docker images:

   - Upgraded the Jenkins master to Jenkins 2.164.1 (latest LTS version)
   - Upgraded the Jenkins swarm plugin on the build slaves to 3.15,
required to work with the latest Jenkins
   - Upgraded the Jenkins build slaves to JDK8 by default to easily support
the latest Jenkins swarm plugin (the timing for this was convenient; see
Adar's email to this list a few minutes ago; but JDK7 is still available)
   - Reinstalled the gerrit-trigger plugin, which got lost during the
   upgrade
   - Several other Jenkins plugin upgrades

This upgrade was required to get some security fixes for the existing
Jenkins installation -- apologies for the late notice.

Please let me know if you run into any problems with the Jenkins or Gerrit
build infrastructure over the next few days.

Thanks,
Mike
