Hi All, Manish opened a ticket today[1] to allow clients to connect to a cluster even if it doesn't have the complete list of Masters.
This, I think, is important, but it could be a bit tricky to get it right and might be a bit controversial. I drafted a design doc[2] and added the motivation and the background as I understand it (which may not exactly be what Manish had in mind). Please review it, and I'd appreciate any feedback.
