I downloaded the release artifacts and built thirdparty on Ubuntu 22.04.

I built Kudu in DEBUG mode and ran the C++ tests with slow tests enabled.
The following tests FAILED:
         84 - fs_manager-test (Failed)
        251 - txn_manager-test (Failed)
        469 - curl_util-test (Failed)
The test failures appear to be test infrastructure issues.

I also ran the Java tests and all passed but one:
TestSecurity.testExternallyProvidedSubjectRefreshedExternally
This also appears to be a test infrastructure/flakiness issue.

Based on this, my vote is +1 (non-binding).
