If some old segments need to be refreshed and a new segment is biulding at the
same time, I have to wait for the new segment finish building, and then refresh
the old one, sometimes if the refresh of old segments lasts too long, the
upcoming build of a new segment may fail.
so, i'm wondering If Kylin can supports refresh or build different segments of
one cube
