Fix For: v1.6.0
when creating model, at last step 'setting', if partition column is
bigint,int,integer ,partition column format is not supposed to be visible since
there's no date format for int type date.
for common partition column, format should be visible.
Now we can not see Partition Column Date Format when we view Model(not edit)
