Hi Arnault, Run "$KYLIN_HOME/bin/find-hive-dependency.sh -v" will enable the verbose mode, more logs can be printed for debugging.
Besides, you can check this shell script to see how it trying to locate the Hive jar (e.g, hive-exec*.jar). Sometimes depends on various Linux and Hadoop releases, the script may need a manual update to work. Please take a try, and share more findings so other guys can help. 2017-10-03 16:26 GMT+08:00 Arnault <[email protected]>: > Hello, > > When I start Kylin i have thgis messsage: > Retrieving hive dependency... > A couple of hive jars can't be found: , please export > HIVE_LIB='YOUR_LOCAL_HIVE_LIB' > > I have Kylin 2.1.0 with HDP 2.6.0.3-8. > > I set the HIVE_LIB variable to HIVE_LIB=/usr/hdp/2.6.0.3-8/hive/lib > > But it's not working. vDoes anyone has a solution? > Thank you in advance. > > Arnault > > -- > Sent from: http://apache-kylin.74782.x6.nabble.com/ > -- Best regards, Shaofeng Shi 史少锋
