Some developer may have noticed, the Jenkins job for Kylin PRs was failed in the last several days, the error is a timeout. Even we changed the timeout from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, it still fails. In the same time, the Travis-CI and our local CI are successful. So I think it is a problem of Apache Jenkins service.
I have reported this to Infra team, but as it is the Christmas holiday, it may not be updated soon: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-17497 So, before the Jenkins become healthy, let's use the Travis-CI's result as the check standard.
