* Currently, when real-time cube is disabled, all not ready segments of the
cube will be deleted at the same time, but the jobs of the cube will not be
discarded. In fact, most of these jobs cannot run successfully, because
segments and dependent data have been cleaned up.
* It is recommended to synchronously discard these jobs when disabling these
cubes, so as to reduce the manual operation steps of the administrator.
