Summary: After kylin is started in hdp3.0 environment, the web

After kylin is started in hdp3.0 environment，it looks like it started
successfully on the surface. But the web page is blank.

Caused by: org.springframework.beans.factory.UnsatisfiedDependencyException:
Error creating bean with name 'aclEvaluate': Unsatisfied dependency expressed
through field 'aclUtil';.........
