Well, why not ! Actually, there is already a community on the web working on 
Lao computerization. I am personnally involved in Lao language processing since 
1996 and distribute free software for many years. I suppose the people who 
already work on the Lao OpenOffice (*) know us so they can ask us to work 
together if they want.

I cc several persons who can dispatch and to Anousak who is already in the team.
