Subir,

I would recommend starting with the latest (m79). If you use a version before m71 the upgrade conversion is sligthly more difficult later.

Nevertheless, whatever work you do on 68 can later be used for later versions.

Hi Pravin dai,

We at Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya (MPP) are also doing OpenOffice.org
2.0 localization. We have hired a team of translators for the same.

Got the mail about your query for translating OOo2.0. I would like to
know more about how much of the work has already been done regarding
localization (language patch, build, locale, etc.). If any of them
have already been done, that would be of great help to us.

One more thing, how are you planning for the translation? Have you
already hired the translators?

Regards,
Subir

Hi all,
I would like to start work on translating OpenOffice beta 2 in Nepali and
would like a little help on the process for it. I would really appreciate if
someone could tell me how to get started or point me to a tutorial, help,
guide, or material of any sort to get me started.
Thanks.
