I have created issue http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=45810 with collation data for Khmer (including modification of collator/makefile.mk and registerservices/registerservices.cxx).
What it does is to put in their place in the collation list some two-code-point vowels.
The km_charset.txt file contains: ------------------------------------------ # # Collation rule for Khmer charset #
&\u17C5<\u17BB\u17C6<\u17C6<\u17B6\u17C6 <\u17C7<\u17B6\u17C7<\u17B7\u17C7<\u17B8\u17C7<\u17B9\u17C7 <\u17BA\u17C7<\u17BB\u17C7<\u17BC\u17C7<\u17BD\u17C7<\u17BE\u17C7<\u17BF\u17C7 <\u17C0\u17C7<\u17C1\u17C7<\u17C2\u17C7<\u17C3\u17C7<\u17C4\u17C7<\u17C5\u17C7 --------------------------------------- Could you tell me if the format is correct?
