cs project already has po files at OOo - see
http://cs.openoffice.org/source/browse/cs/po/
So: what should I say? ;-)
 

That's great, I didn't realise this!
So perhaps what we should do is recommend that other projects who want 
to put their PO files in OOo CVS follow the same structure (i.e. A po 
directory in the language's repository)
