No, there is no sr-CS locale in the sense of having locale data
available, only a mapping from sr-CS to the MS-LCID of
LANGUAGE_SERBIAN_CYRILLIC. However, a round trip is not possible,
converting LANGUAGE_SERBIAN_CYRILLIC to ISO codes currently results in
sr-YU instead, for which locale data is available. So there is the
chance that code converting the UI locale to an LCID and back may not be
prepared to encounter different ISO codes. Additionally, and more of
a concern, code that tries to load locale data matching the UI locale
will fail and will load en-US locale data instead. Please submit an
issue report if you encounter such behavior in the UI. It will most
likely happen somewhere.

Being able to use the localization as sr-CS instead of sr-YU was a hack
on request for CWS oool10n20, to be able to proceed at all, otherwise
the entire localization would had to be converted to sr-YU. We probably
have to introduce an alias mapping from sr-CS to sr-YU in the i18n
framework for OOo2.0.1.
