I think i have the information i need but i'm not sure
so correct me if i'm wrong.
When the Akan language was added to OOo, it was
assigned a language id: LCID LANGUAGE_USER_AKAN 0x062F
is it correct to use the integer representation of
0x062F to define the locale?
