I see. I had the sense that i was missing a 3rd option. Since you guys
lean in that direction, I think that would probably be a good start,
to avoid project proliferation, given that we don't know yet how good
and fast the progress will be per locale. I am hoping to get done w/
most of tt using IQTElif tentatively within 2-3 years. And i hope an
interested Crimean fellow will lead crh "sub-project", and others
fellows will contribute.
