Hi,
please add the tg languagepack
eg.
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/2.1.0rc1/OOo_2.1.0rc1_20061122_Win32Intel_langpack_tg.exe
to your installation. Then after installing it you should be able to
select Tajik as user interface language in "/tools/options/language
settings/languages"
