Hi Charles,

happy to hear that you find the page clear and readable. May be we could add a link to this page on the Localization QA status page?

Rafaella, Petr,

I don't know if this really helps Clytie and Ain, but at least this
table has the merit of being extremely clear and readable. Of course
there is the Localized QA status page that provides much more info but
that one allows for a quick glance and the maximum of synthetized
information.

Thank you for that,

Charles.

Dear All,

with the great help of Petr, we have created a translation status wiki:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Translation_Statistics

The translation status has been extracted from the Sun internal
translation database.

Clytie, Ain,
I looked at the statistics at: http://l10n.kde.org/stats.php and I do
agree with you that this would be really great to have. Unfortunately,
all I can provide at the moment is a wiki page with approx. percentages
of the transaltion work done.

Is this something that helps you monitoring your translation work? If
yes, how often would you like to receive such statistics? I will
definitively provide you with updated statistics on January 3rd - 4th
just before the start date for translation update 2.2 - see roadmap at
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease22.

Your feedback on the statistics wiki is really welcome!
Rafaella
