Yes, I did not change the local rules in OOo when upgrading to ICU 4.0, all tailorings are still there.

At least we implemened it correctly in 3.0.,.... but will still probably need to correct while using in ICU 4.0. It will depend on how Karl has done the upgrade. Karl, will the specific OOo word-boundary rules be kept the same (out of ICU) as it was with the prior version?
