Dear All,
during our last IRC meeting, it came out that not all project members
are well aware of process to follow to have the OpenOffice.org
Localization builds released and distributed over the OOo mirrors.
With this mail, I just want to start a campaign to promote this process.

1) run sanity check on RC l10n builds
2) update the test status on QATrack
3) set the status as APPROVED in qatrack
4) get an approved build distributed to the mirror network
