I wanted to point a strange thing that happened between m37 and m39
beside the {ADD ALTERNATIVE DESCRIPTION HERE}, the target language has
been modified, see for example

So do not only change the {ENTER ALTERNATE DESCRIPTION HERE} back to
Icon, check also that the img_id number and reference is correct.
