Most of latest changes looks like this:

Some time ago "Icon" was replaced by "{ENTER ALTERNATE DESCRIPTION
HERE}" (and we had a lot of work with removing fuzzy tags). Now it was
reverted back :(
Of course, a strong percent of changes in latest help were relevant.
