The BASIC Guide has been translated in Chinese several years ago. But
there's maybe some difference, we'll transfer to ZH wiki soon.
The last activity on the ZH version of the OOo Basic Guide was
November 2008 when the G11N Automation tool uploaded the ZH version.
This was (as far as I can remember) a direct translation of the
English Wiki version.
