Hallo Uwe You will need to create a locale for OpenOffice.org to have some basic information about the language. There is currently a project under way to do this for some African languages here: http://www.it46.se/afrigen/ which is probably the easiest way to do this. I am not sure when they will contribute to OpenOffice.org again - be sure to ask.
