Hi Joost, I followed the official page (http://download.openoffice.org/all_rc.html) from Marcus' announcement and downloaded the only available Slovenian Windows build there, and that build, when unpacked, includes a folder "java" that includes a 16Mb installation of Java, that is not in Slovenian.
This is the same install file that you just posted link for in your e-mail. Why does it contain Java installation? Indeed, what am I missing?
