based on the below information provided by Marcus, you can start sanity
check on the l10n RC 2 builds.
If you use TCM

to perform testing, please perform the test cases included in the
Release Sanity Check scenario
If you don't use TCM, you can find a description of the steps to follow
to perform Sanity check at:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Sanity_Check_Of_L10n_Builds#What_is_a_sanity_check
A short GO / NO-GO mail to this list is really welcome. Testing results
will be discussed during the release meeting next Monday.

the OpenOffice.org 3.2.1 Release Candidate 2 (build OOO320m18) is not
yet available from the usual download website but on many mirrors.
Please note that currently a few Windows builds are not yet ready, so
these files need a bit more time to be available.
So, in order to start with testing RC 2 please download from your
favorite mirror next to you.
If you find severe issues within this build please file them to
OpenOffice.org's bug tracking system IssueTracker:
