The best way we found, AFAIK, here for Italian is to download the zip file of 
the folder you want to translate, translate it with a CAT tool, upload again 
the file in overwriting mode.

I think this is the best way to skip all Pootle defects...

But there's *another* way:

- Go to the folder you are interested in (example: accessibility/source/"the 
file in it.po")
- click on "Show controls"
- *if* you have something to translate/approve you will find a list of 
functions below the file you're interested in, "isfuzzy" and "unchanged" 
amongst of them
- if you click on a function which has items, you'll be redirected to the 
strings
- work on the string, accept or click next and you'll go straight to the next 
"fuzzy", for example
