[l10n-dev] Request for adding Lojban language to Pootle

[Yo'el Erez]

I would like to request that the language "Lojban" is added to Pootle. I
would begin translating immediately.
If this is not the proper place to make this request, or there are prior
steps that need to be completed please inform me.
