There is a problem in query rewriting flow wrt to fallback time.
Fallback is decided only in StorageTableResolution phase but until then the
user supplied TimeRange is used to validate facts and columns (and not fallback
range). If Fallback range is very different from actual time range there can be
a very obvious issue.
