Config looks too specific. How will we make sure that all the tags, and valid
data types etc are documented? We would have to come up with an xsd, dtd and
even lot of Java code. This appears to be too much extra effort.
I think current configuration system (Hadoop based) works fine, just that we
have to make it work for multiple drivers, so either we have to use something
like driver-<drivername>.xml or drivers/drivername/config.xml.
Also, I am not in favour of adding an extra dependency merely to support
multiple drivers.
