Thinking to add:
(1) a unique request id generated for every REST request to every logline of
http server threads and estimate threads.
(2) query handle id to every logline of background threads which are doing some
operations on queries. E.g.: QuerySubmitter, Statuspoller, QueryPurger, etc.
