Summary: result file size in the /resultset api response in case
of persistent resultset

In case of persistent resultset, /queryapi/queries/{queryHandle}/resultset
response contains the resultset HDFS path and the number of rows in the
resultset.
We would also include the size of hdfs resultset file in the response.
The information on the size of the file can be obtained from hadoop FileSystem
APIs.
