Description:
Creating this jira to update *Code compliance* section in *contributor doc* to
use only slf4j logging.
Lens does not depend on apache commons logging after
[LENS-680|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LENS-680]. We need to mention
this in the contributor doc, so that new contributors can use the slf4j
framework for logging.
