When a fact has a storage with CONTINUOUS update period, getTimeline() on the
fact fails with NPE right now, as it looks for partition columns of the table.
Instead, it should update the timeline of the fact with start time of the fact
(usually the relative time) as the first available date and current time as
latest available date.
