- A Document class which uses the DocumentTypeResolver for

IMO there are no technical advantages. The only one I can imagine
is that content can be imported without setting up the meta data,
which is not recommended :)
- Migrating existing files to Lenya without initializing the meta
data. (IMO that should not be done, but, well, that's my opinion)
we should rather provide a good import facility
I agree.
Shall we start a vote? IMO we should not leave
orphaned code in the codebase without a good reason.
