So batch/shell text file formats will match their intended destination.  Yay!

It is good to recommend Jetty, but I believe there are issues solved
by the Lenya/Tomcat/Apache setup:
1. Virtual servers on port 80.
2. URL rewriting: mod_proxy and mod_proxy_html (or mod_publisher).
We want several websites on the same IP Address to display different
Lenya publications, without "lenya/pubname/live/" in any of the URLs. 
Please correct me and say this is possible using Jetty.
