It doesn't work, because those libs are copied in build only after the
compilation.
this means we should change the build, because this is the place where
one can overwrite libraries which are being shipped with Cocoon.
But actually this used to work, because we used that for the Lucene library
as long as Cocoon didn't ship the 1.4 version.
I will check it later.

see above. IIUC the library you added might be part of Cocoon, so I think
it should be within this directory.
